1-on-1 Support
Processing emotions on your own can be tough. But, you don’t have to do it alone. With AbleTo, you can work 1-on-1 with a licensed therapist, trained coach, or both for 8 weeks. We’ll teach you skills that can help you reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. And with anytime, anywhere access to self-care tools and activities, you can practice those skills in-between sessions.
Self Care
Better manage your own mental health. On-demand self-care from AbleTo teaches you how to cope with feelings of stress and worry. Explore meditations, guided journals, and other tools built by clinicians and backed by science. Need extra support? Complete weekly check-ins to get content suggestions tailored to your needs.
Quartz health plan members now have access to SelfCare+ from AbleTo for subscribers and eligible family members ages 13+, available at no additional cost. Members must be 18+ to access optional assessments. Select plans also offer coaching to those 18+ at no additional cost, and/or therapy, which is subject to cost-sharing. SelfCare+ and coaching services are best for members with mild concerns like stress. AbleTo’s therapy services are best for members with covered mental health conditions, like depression and anxiety. Eligible Quartz health plans include most commercial fully insured, State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program, Medicaid, and Quartz Medicare Advantage (HMO) and Dual Eligible plans.
*AbleTo’s SelfCare+ program is available to Quartz members and eligible dependents 13+ who are enrolled in an eligible health plan through Quartz.

Coaching sessions are offered at no additional cost to the member; however, therapy services are subject to cost-sharing depending on the service and the plan.
AbleTo’s therapy services assist members in coping with covered mental health conditions, like depression or anxiety. For more acute conditions, more extensive service may be needed. Quartz Medicare Advantage (HMO) is an HMO plan with a Medicare contract. Quartz Medicare Advantage Dual Eligible with Rx is a D-SNP HMO plan that has a contract with Medicare and with a State Medicaid program. Enrollment in these plans depends on contract renewal. Other pharmacies/physicians/providers are available in our network.
